   Picking up where Defiance left off, this album is a shining example of how not necessary the big labels truly are. The production is incredibly crisp and atmospheric, and there's an intelligence to the lyrics that make it clear that this is not some Britney wannabe (although the fact Lahannya blows Brit away vocally should be your first clue)/5(6).

   Defiance festival: The Defiance festival was held at the Asylum venue in Birmingham. A few minutes walk from the city centre, the venue is located in a run-down industrial estate, and doesnt look much from the outside. Once inside however the venue's appeal becomes obvious.
