  8. This Original Master Rerecording of Miles Davis' Kind of Blue, from the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab, is wonderful. I own the original recording of this masterpiece from Columbia Records and a CD of same. The sound quality on this recording has a very rich warm buttery sound. The bass, horns, drums, cymbals have a sonorous timbre which is pleasing /5(59).

  9. Miles Davis laid out the themes before the tape rolled and the band improvised. The end results were fragile and wondrous. Recorded during 2 sessions in , Kind of Blue worked on many different levels and will do so for many years to come. We're proud to announce a very special version of the most influential (Jazz) album ever.
